The hands holding the heart with a crown is known as a Claddagh. Which is the celtic symbol for friendship and love, and is often made into a ring or any type of jewelry.

just thought I’d mention the hands holding the heart is the Celtic Claddagh ring
the hands mean friendship
the heart means love
the crown means loyalty
It’s commonly worn as a wedding ring
I do love the tattoo though
